Hydraulic system return oil filter element one-way valve and hydraulic oil radiator are connected to the outlet of the return oil filter element. Its function is to automatically open when the pressure difference of the return oil radiator is above 0.2 MPa, and the short connection radiator forms the return oil path and plays the role of bypass valve. In practical work, because the valve is installed at the bottom of the return oil filter element, it is difficult to check, and the machinery does not change oil for a long time, which causes the oil pollution to be serious, resulting in the valve stuck in the open position, so the return oil radiator does not dissipate heat. Oil temperature is bound to be too high. Therefore, in each replacement of hydraulic oil, should check this valve to avoid stagnation.
