Excessive oil temperature in hydraulic system caused by large gap between valve stem and valve body hole in control valve group

Long mechanical working time, or poor cleaning of hydraulic oil, will cause the valve stem and valve body hole clearance increase. When overhauling the control valve group, we should check the clearance between the seven reversing valve stem and the valve hole in the control valve group. If the clearance is too large, the leakage in the valve will increase too much, and the hydraulic oil throttling in the valve body will not only affect the working speed. And hydraulic oil temperature rise sharply. For stem and valve holes with too large fit clearance, repair or replacement should be made.
