Excessive oil temperature in hydraulic system caused by low volumetric efficiency of hydraulic pumps

Double inclined shaft variable piston pump is used as the power source of hydraulic system. If the gap between plunger and cylinder plunger hole in hydraulic pump is too large, the gap between spherical surface of oil distribution plate and cylinder block is too large, or the gap between guide groove and oil distribution plate of variable mechanism regulator increases, the volume efficiency of hydraulic pump will be reduced. At this time, the system work pressure and flow will be greatly reduced, resulting in slow and powerless work agencies. Therefore, if it is found that the hydraulic system of excavator is slow, the volumetric efficiency of hydraulic pump should be paid attention to. If the volumetric efficiency of hydraulic pump is low to a certain extent, the hydraulic pump should be replaced or repaired before it can be used.
