Excessive temperature of hydraulic system caused by poor heat dissipation performance of radiator

The finished hydraulic oil should be cooled and filtered back to the hydraulic tank. If the heat dissipation performance of the radiator is poor, the oil temperature in the oil tank of the system rises and enters the working cycle again, and the temperature increases and intensifies, resulting in the system temperature being too high.

The main causes of poor heat dissipation performance of hydraulic oil radiator are external heat dissipation fin deformation or blockage, cooling fan belt slip and radiator internal pipe obstruction and so on. In addition to visual judgment, the first two can also be seen from the temperature difference between the upper and lower tubes of the radiator. At this time, the radiator should be cleaned, the tension of the fan belt should be adjusted or the new belt should be replaced. When the oil temperature is about 65 degrees Celsius, the pressure difference should be below 0.12 MPa. If the inlet and outlet pressure difference is higher than 0.12 MPa, the pipeline should be dredged.
