As the leading product of construction machinery, the hydraulic excavator has been gradually improved in decades of development. Its working device, main structural parts and hydraulic system have been basically finalized, and gradually develop towards the integration of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic control. Its ultimate goal is to realize roboticization and full-automatic operation, which will be another leap in excavator technology. Due to the continuous change of excavator control mode, it has developed from simple lever control to hydraulic control, pneumatic control, electrical control, hydraulic servo control, radio remote control, electro-hydraulic proportional control and computer direct control. Therefore, the research on the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integration of hydraulic excavator mainly focuses on the electric control system.
The electric control system of hydraulic excavator mainly detects the temperature, pressure, speed and switching value of diesel engine, hydraulic pump, multi-way directional valve and actuator, and inputs relevant detection data to the special controller of excavator. The controller integrates various measured values, set values and operation signals to send out relevant control information to control the diesel engine, hydraulic pump, hydraulic control valve and the whole machine. Its electric control system has the following functions.
Control function: responsible for the compound control of diesel engine, hydraulic pump, hydraulic control valve and the whole machine.
Detection and protection functions: through a series of sensors, oil pressure switches, fuses and display screens.
Lighting function: mainly including cab compartment lamp, working device, operation lamp and maintenance lamp.
Other functions: mainly including wiper, sprinkler, air conditioner and sound.
