1.General structure
Special chassis small wheel excavator mainly consists of working device, cab, rotary mechanism, platform, power device, tire walking device, leg, auxiliary equipment and so on. Among them cab, power device, auxiliary equipment and so on composition. 2.Working principle
The special chassis small wheel excavator is driven by the main pump of the diesel engine to produce high pressure oil to be transported to the multi-way valve, and the pilot control valve is operated through the multi-way valve to the hydraulic actuator to drive the corresponding mechanism to work. Generally, the rotary mechanism is driven by hydraulic motor to mesh the pinion of planetary reducer with the slewing support to realize the full rotation ° the turntable 360. In order to make full use of engine power and shorten the working cycle time, the combined flow can be realized in the cylinder of moving arm and bucket rod. The walking device generally adopts "hydraulic-mechanical" transmission, that is, the high pressure oil well central rotary joint to the walking hydraulic motor directly drives the gearbox, and then drives the whole machine to walk through the drive shaft and drive bridge. Walking speed is generally divided into high and low two or multi-gear, low for work or cross-country walking speed, high-grade for highway walking speed. Because of the variable hydraulic mechanism, the stepless change of driving speed and traction can be realized.
