1. Fault phenomenon
During the recent construction of the excavator, it was found that the solenoid valve of the cylinder-2 injector was always damaged. According to the instructions of the maintenance worker, several fuel injectors were replaced, but they were still damaged.
2. Fault cause
After inspection, it is found that when removing and replacing the fuel injector of the two cylinder engine, the fuel return pipe bolt of the fuel injector is not the original bolt, but is installed with a solid bolt. Ask the engine maintenance personnel to confirm that the bolt is lost during maintenance, and then find a bolt to replace it.
3. Treatment method
Since the original oil return bolt of cylinder-2 fuel injector of the engine is hollow, oil needs to be sent back and forth to the oil tank through this hollow. After the solid bolt is used, the fuel injector cannot return oil normally, resulting in damage.
