1. Inspection and maintenance items
The main inspection items of excavator walking mechanism include: whether the oil level of walking deceleration device is normal, whether the working condition and wear of crawler frame, crawler, guide wheel, supporting wheel, sprocket, final drive and tensioning device are normal, whether the track droop needs to be adjusted, and whether the torque of bolts and nuts in each part meets the requirements. The main maintenance items include replacing the lubricating oil of the travel reducer and adjusting the track droop.
2. Check the track sag
The sag of excavator track should be checked every 500h. The inspection methods are as follows:
First of all, turn the upper car 90 ° and lower the bucket, and place the arc part of the bucket on the ground. Under the joint action of the boom, stick and bucket, one side of the track is lifted off the ground. At this time, the angle between the boom and the stick should be kept in the range of 90 ° to 100 ° and the cushion block should be placed under the frame to support the machine.
Secondly, turn the track on the side off the ground, backward for 2 whole circles, and forward for 2 whole circles.
Finally, measure the distance from the track frame to the bottom of the track shoe in the middle of the track frame. The specified value of track sag is 15 ~ 30mm. If it is greater or less than the specified value, it should be adjusted. The track sag can also be checked from both sides of the track frame.
3. Adjust the track sag
Use a socket wrench to slowly rotate the grease valve counterclockwise for 1 ~ 1.5 turns. After the grease is discharged from the grease outlet, the track can be relaxed. At this time, if the grease can not be discharged smoothly, the track can be lifted off the ground and the track can be rotated slowly. After the track droop meets the requirements, tighten the valve clockwise.
The method of tightening the track is as follows: connect the grease gun to the grease nozzle, and fill it with grease until the track droop reaches the specified value.
If the track is still too tight after opening the grease valve in a counterclockwise direction, or the track is still too loose after adding grease to the grease nozzle, it is abnormal. At this time, never try to remove the track or track adjuster, because the grease pressure in the track adjuster is very high, which will cause injury to the operator.
