1. Maintenance of tension device
When the excavator works for half a year or 1000h, it is necessary to release part of the grease in the tension cylinder to make the tension cylinder retract about 5cm, and then re tension the track to the normal position. Repeat this three times.
2. Lubrication of travel reducer
The traveling reducer shall be lubricated with corresponding gear oil. The first maintenance and oil change cycle of the new machine is 500h, and the later oil change cycle is 2000h. Each side of the walking reducer needs 5.5L gear oil.
The steps to replace the gear oil of the traveling reducer are as follows:
First of all, drive the excavator to walk. After the gear oil temperature in the travel reducer rises, park the excavator on the flat ground, turn the connecting line between the oil filler plug and the gear oil drain plug to the vertical position, and lower the bucket to the ground.
Secondly, park the excavator for 10 minutes. After the gear oil of the walking reducer settles, slowly loosen the oil plug to release the internal pressure. Remove the drain plug and let the gear oil flow by itself until the old gear oil is completely drained.
Thirdly, clean the drain plug, wrap its thread with sealing tape, then install the drain plug and tighten it.
Then, remove the oil level check plug and add the gear oil to the overflow oil level check plug hole.
Finally, clean the oil level check plug and oil filler plug, wrap the thread with sealing tape, and then install and tighten them. Repeat the above steps for the speed reducer on the other side.
