1. The engine power is enough, but the car is suffocated
The hydraulic pump itself has a certain power. When the power of the hydraulic pump is greater than the power of the engine, the phenomenon of choking will occur. It is necessary to debug the hydraulic pump on the imported calibration table, so that the power of the hydraulic pump can be reduced to 95% of the engine power.
2. It is difficult to start the engine cold
When the clearance between cylinder liner and piston is too large and the valve train leaks seriously, the engine must be overhauled.
3. The oil pump doesn't work
When air is mixed into the system, the joints of all parts must be tightened to prevent looseness. When the sealing gasket in the pipeline is broken or damaged, it should be repaired or replaced. When the bearing is worn out, it needs to be replaced with a new one. When the oil viscosity is too high, the specified oil should be replaced.
4. The oil pressure cannot be increased to the normal working pressure
When the filter is too dirty, it should be cleaned or replaced in time. When the piston is stuck in the open position of overpressure valve or the cup is aged and not sealed with oil, it should be removed and washed or replaced immediately. When the sealing between the hydraulic valve and the valve seat is not tight, it is necessary to tighten and replace the sealing gasket. When the oil level in the oil tank is too low, the oil should be filled immediately. When the oil quality is poor, the qualified oil must be replaced immediately.
5. The indication of oil pressure gauge is incorrect
The incorrect indication of the oil pressure gauge indicates that the oil pressure gauge is faulty. When checking the oil circuit, the switch on the base of the pressure gauge should be turned on, but the switch should be turned off in normal work, so as to avoid premature damage of the oil pressure gauge and overhaul or replacement of the oil pressure gauge.
