If there is still oil leakage, the seal ring or 1 mm original washer can be added.
2. The piston stroke of pedal brake cylinder is too small
When the brake oil is small and a small amount of air is mixed into the cylinder, the brake oil must be added, the exhaust plug on the cylinder block must be tightened, and the air in the cylinder can be squeezed out by stepping on the pedal several times.
3. The oil pressure in the oil circuit from the accumulator to the console drops suddenly and recovers slowly
If the filter is too dirty, it should be cleaned or replaced. In case of oil leakage or damage, the pipeline must be tightened, repaired by welding or replaced with a new one.
4. The engine emits black smoke, the fuel consumption increases or the engine fails to stop
When the turbocharger is damaged, it must be replaced in time. When the internal parts of the engine are worn, the matching clearance is too large, the diesel combustion is not complete, the fuel supply flow and pressure of the fuel supply system are not up to standard, or the hydraulic pump regulating mechanism is not working normally, resulting in the constant power variable with the engine, it is necessary to adjust the internal parts clearance of the engine to achieve the constant power of the engine.
