1. The hydraulic oil, return oil filter element and pilot filter element shall be replaced according to the specified maintenance period. When using the breaker, the deterioration of hydraulic oil is accelerated and the replacement period should be shortened.
2. Do not work under the condition of lack of hydraulic oil for a long time. After replacing hydraulic oil or hydraulic components, pay attention to exhaust air. Pay attention to waterproof. Do not work in deep water. Do not flush electrical components directly with water during cleaning.
3. The gear oil of the rotary reducer and the traveling reducer shall be changed according to the cycle.
4. Pay attention to the dirt and sundries in the pin shaft and add lubricating grease. Check whether the pin shaft bolts are loose, loose or missing every day. Replace and fasten in time if found.
5. Check the structure for cracks and deformation every day. Pay attention to the surrounding environment when parking the excavator. It should be parked on a solid, stable and hard ground. Don’t stop at dangerous places such as rivers, cliffs and hillsides. Prevent accidents.
6. When parking, the bucket cylinder shall be fully retracted and the bucket shall be placed on the ground. Prevent cylinder damage.
