The slewing ring is an important part of the slewing device, which is mainly used to support the upper body mass and bear the working load. 1. When receiving the product for use, refill it with new grease according to different working conditions.
2. The slewing ring shall be filled with lubricating grease regularly. Grease shall be added according to the interval of different types of slewing rings. For example, the ball slewing ring needs to be filled with grease every 100 hours of operation. The roller slewing ring shall be filled with grease every 50 hours of operation.
In case of special working environment, such as tropical zone, high temperature, much dust, high temperature and continuous operation, the grease filling cycle shall be shortened. It shall be ensured that the oil is injected every 50 hours of operation. When the gear works normally, it shall be ensured that the detergent is applied every 150 hours. When working hard, apply detergent every 75 hours. Note that the teeth must be wiped clean before applying detergent. The machine must also be refilled with new grease before and after long-term standstill. The raceway must be filled with lubricating grease every time until it overflows from the sealing device. When filling grease, the slewing ring shall be transported slowly to make the grease fill evenly in the raceway.
The sundries on the slewing ring surface shall be removed frequently during use. Check whether the sealing strip of slewing ring is aged, cracked, damaged or detached. If one of these conditions occurs, the sealing strip shall be replaced in time. Prevent sundries entering the raceway and the loss of lubricating grease. After replacement, corresponding lubricating grease shall be applied to avoid galling, jamming or corrosion of rolling element and raceway. Because there are many comprehensive factors in the use process, users can choose the appropriate grease according to the specific situation.
