How to prevent thieves from draining oil from the bottom of the diesel tank

In the middle of the night, the excavator may encounter thieves stealing diesel. If some operators fail to lock the fuel tank after shutdown, it will increase the possibility of diesel theft. Generally, there are valves at the bottom of diesel tank of excavator. Some excavators need to remove the bottom plate to see. This valve is mainly designed to drain the water and impurities at the bottom of the oil tank. Although diesel can be released here, this method will not be used to steal diesel normally. Because the diameter of this valve is very small, the oil drain speed is very slow. If you want to drain a tank of oil, you may leave it at night until dawn. However, if it is an amateur thief who steals diesel from here, the operator also has some methods to prevent it. Before shutdown, the valve at the bottom of the diesel tank shall be placed directly above the track. This can reduce the space and make the thief’s oil pot or oil bucket have no place to place. This will make it more difficult for thieves to steal diesel.
