1. Oil filter
The oil filter is a component of the excavator with low maintenance cost, but it plays an important role in the overall performance of the excavator. Strengthening the cleaning of the engine oil filter and replacing the filter element in time can effectively avoid the deterioration of the engine oil in a short time.
2. Oil-water separator
Water droplets are easily attached to the inner wall of the diesel tank during the daily use of the excavator. This is due to the liquefaction of water vapor in the air. This causes water in the diesel. The contaminated diesel enters the engine, which will not only affect the engine components, but also disturb the normal collection of engine sensor data. This will affect the normal operation of the engine. At the same time, due to the influence of working conditions, oil quality and mechanical parts, there will be more or less sediment in the oil tank. These are the impurities in the oil. The oil-water separator is the first filtering system after the diesel oil is delivered from the oil tank. It can effectively filter impurities such as water mixed in diesel oil and sediment with larger particles. Therefore, it is recommended to check the condition of the oil-water separator before each work. Drain water and remove impurities from oil-water separator regularly. The filter element shall be replaced as required after a period of use.
