1. Oil pipe
Due to the high working pressure of the system, seamless steel pipe and high-pressure rubber pipe are selected in the pipeline without relative movement in the system. It can withstand high pressure, low price, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, good rigidity and convenient assembly and disassembly, so it is suitable for high-pressure pipeline.
2. Pipe joint
In this pipeline using seamless steel pipe, the pipe joint adopts cone sealed welded pipe joint. In addition to the advantages of welded joint, the O-ring is installed on the cone, which makes the seal possible to be adjusted and more reliable.
3. Sealing device
In the hydraulic system, the sealing device is very important. It is used to prevent the leakage of working medium and the invasion of external dust and foreign matters, so as to ensure that the system can establish the necessary pressure and make it work normally. The Y-shaped sealing ring is used on the elements with relative motion and friction, which has small section and compact structure. The Y-shaped sealing ring can increase with the increase of pressure, and can automatically compensate for wear. The O-type sealing ring is used on the components with or without relative friction, which has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture, good sealing performance, low friction and convenient installation.
4. Oil filter
In the hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil is not allowed to contain solid particles and other insoluble dirt exceeding the limit. Because these impurities can scratch the surface of the gap, increase the internal leakage, reduce the efficiency and increase the heating. Therefore, the oil filter should be used to filter the oil to ensure that the oil quality meets the standard. The mesh oil filter is selected and installed on the oil suction pipe of the pump.
