1. Overflow valve
The basic function of the overflow valve is to limit the maximum pressure of the system, prevent the system from overload or maintain the pressure approximately constant. The two-stage concentric pilot relief valve is selected and installed at the oil outlet of the pump to keep the system pressure constant, prevent overpressure and protect the safe operation of the system.
2. Overload valve
It is installed on the pipeline of hydraulic cylinder and traveling motor to prevent overload and is used to protect the hydraulic system and working hydraulic cylinder and traveling motor.
3. Check valve
The check valve is also an essential component to be used in many places in the system. It is used to prevent oil backflow, so as to stop the actuator or maintain the oil pressure in the actuator. But also maintain a certain back pressure.
4. Directional valve
Two groups of four-way directional valves are used in the system, and each valve is a three position four-way directional valve. In the system, the main function of the directional valve is to change the direction of pressure oil entering the actuator, so as to achieve different action requirements. In the three position four-way directional valve, the left and right valve positions are required to be able to enter and return oil, and the middle valve position is required to prohibit oil flow, so as to stop or hover at any position after the actuator action meets the requirements.
