During the working process of excavator, it is often used to lift the boom, extend the jib, swing and walk. Therefore, weak walking will not only delay the construction period, but also affect the use of other parts. This article will summarize the steps to check the walking weakness of excavator.
1. Use the boom to prop up the excavator on one side and check whether the overflow pressure is normal during walking.
2. Check whether the pilot secondary pressure of foot valve is normal. If the pressure is too low or there is wear, the travel valve rod cannot be opened, resulting in weak travel.
3. Check whether the traveling motor is worn. And whether the secondary overflow valve fails and whether the travel pilot pressure is insufficient.
4. Check the central swivel for internal leakage and oil leakage. If the central rotary joint leaks oil or is damaged, most of the high-pressure oil will flow directly to the oil return pipeline, resulting in walking weakness.
5. Check whether the hydraulic oil is replaced on time. Impurities in hydraulic oil will cause jamming of traveling motor parts, resulting in wear and pressure relief, insufficient pressure and natural weakness of walking.
6. Check whether the hydraulic pump pressure is normal. Whether the hydraulic return oil filter element is replaced on time or blocked.
7. Check whether the gear oil of traveling reducer is at high temperature. Whether the gear oil is sufficient. If the gearbox is worn or poorly lubricated, it will also be unable to walk.
8. 1 / 2 speed of the excavator cannot be switched, and the excavator only has low gear or fast gear. Check whether there is a problem with the switching of the one-way valve of the travel 1 / 2 speed solenoid valve and the one-way valve of the travel 1 / 2 speed valve core.
9. Unilateral walking only has fast / slow gear and is weak. First, if the hydraulic pump and its control system are faulty, test the P1 and P2 pump pressures. Secondly, test the pilot oil circuit pressure. It is normal if the pressure is always about 3.0MP. If not, it proves that the pressure is abnormal and the pilot filter element needs to be cleaned. Then, check the valve core and valve seat of the travel system control valve for wear. Finally, check whether the pressure of the travel motor is normal.
