The failure of the hydraulic system is often directly reflected in the movement state of the hydraulic cylinder. Due to different models and different detection conditions, the following methods are for reference only. The hydraulic cylinder speed shall be tested under the condition of hydraulic system oil temperature of 45~55 ℃.
1. Test procedure
When detecting the movement speed of the hydraulic cylinder, make the engine run at high speed. Operate the operating handle to make the piston rod slowly move to a travel end. Pull the operating handle to another position and hold it. The boom cylinder speed test is from the bucket touching the ground to the full extension of the boom cylinder or vice versa. When the piston rod starts to move, start timing with a stopwatch and measure the engine speed with a digital tachometer. The timing ends when the piston rod moves to the other travel end. Measure the movement speed of the piston rod in two strokes of extension and contraction. Measure each movement speed three times and take the average value.
2. Performance analysis
1) Convert the measured actual movement speed time value to the movement speed time value at the rated speed.
2) Compare the converted time value with the original standard value.
