If the pressure adjustment of the system is too high, the hydraulic pump will work under the rated pressure, overload the hydraulic pump, cause the oil temperature to rise, and the oil pipe burst and hydraulic leakage will occur at the same time, which will make the hydraulic system unable to work normally. On the contrary, if the pressure of the main safety valve or the pressure of the overload valve is too low, the main safety valve or overload valve will open and unload the working mechanism under normal load frequently, resulting in the increase of hydraulic system overflow loss and the heating of the system. At the same time accompanied by work weakness phenomenon. The pressure of the main safety valve and each overload valve should be readjusted at the specified value.
Even if the load valve pressure of the main safety valve of the system meets the requirements, the excavator should pay attention to the operation rules during the use of the excavator, and avoid the frequent opening of the main safety valve or overload valve as far as possible. Two specific points should be noted:
1.In working, should do as much as possible compound action, single action should not be too much.
2.The action of each mechanism, pay attention to its stroke, touch or not touch the limit block as little as possible, reduce or avoid the main safety valve or overload valve often open overflow.
