1. improve processing technology and improve design level: in order to reduce deformation as much as possible, it is necessary to increase the strength of stick in design, increase the thickness of steel plate wall in the place where the biggest deformation of stick, or design internal reinforcement plate to improve the strength. Improve the welding quality of the stick or use casting to process the stick under the conditions.

2. select high-quality raw materials: to make the stick strength higher, the materials with higher strength can be selected appropriately. For the lifting rings and hinge points, alloy steel with high strength shall be used as far as possible.

3. reduce application concentration: the failure of structural parts is mainly due to impact fatigue, and the actual failure may not occur in the largest load parts, but also may occur in the stress concentration part. In order to reduce stress concentration, the weld joint should be staggered from the stress concentration part.

4. strengthening treatment: heat treatment shall be carried out for the parts with large stress, such as carburizing and nitriding.
