1. Maintenance cycle
After the new machine is used for 50h, its diesel engine shall be maintained for the first time. During maintenance, change the oil and change the oil filter at the same time. Check the diesel engine oil level every day. The correct inspection method is as follows:
First, stop the equipment on the horizontal ground for about 15min, take out the dipstick, and wipe the oil stains on the dipstick with a clean cloth. Then insert the dipstick again and take it out to observe the oil level. The normal oil level shall be between the scribed marks. If the oil level is low, add oil through the oil filler. Oil with different viscosity should be replaced according to the change trend of air temperature.
2. Method of changing engine oil
First, park the machine on the flat ground, run the diesel engine at low speed and no-load for 5min, and turn off the diesel engine.
Secondly, unscrew the oil drain plug under the oil pan and let the oil flow into a container with a capacity greater than that of the oil pan through a clean filter cloth. After draining the oil, check whether there are metal debris and other foreign matters on the cloth, and tighten the oil drain plug.
Again, remove the main oil filter and bypass filter with a filter wrench, clean the contact surface of the filter gasket, and apply a layer of clean oil on the new filter gasket. Then install a new filter, pour in new engine oil, rotate the filter clockwise by hand, and pay attention not to be too tight until the gasket contacts the contact surface.
Then, open the filler and add new engine oil recommended by the manufacturer to the diesel engine. After 15min, check whether the oil level is between the scale marks of the dipstick, and then install the filler cap.
Finally, start the diesel engine, run the diesel engine at low speed and no-load for 5min, and check whether the diesel oil pressure indicator on the monitor panel goes out immediately. If not, shut down the diesel engine immediately and find out the cause. After turning off the diesel engine, also check the oil drain plug for leakage.
