Monitoring and alarm function: the monitoring function of the electronic control system on the small excavator is the most basic function of the electronic control system, and its main components are liquid crystal display instrument and various sensors. The current development trend is to display as many excavator working parameters as possible on the instrument, such as fuel quantity, engine water temperature, hydraulic oil temperature, oil pressure, engine speed, etc. the functions of the display instrument are more and more complex. In addition, it is necessary to store and process the alarm value, which can be called when necessary to conduct professional evaluation on the working state of the excavator, so as to facilitate repair and maintenance.
2. Control function: the control function of the electronic control system is to control the engine, hydraulic pump, hydraulic control valve and the whole machine by integrating the parameters collected by the controller. It is the core control technology of the electronic control system, in which power matching and energy saving control are always the engineering difficulties of the hydraulic excavator.
