The central rotary joint is used to send the high-pressure oil and compressed air rotating the rotary table to the non rotating chassis, and ensure that the oil and gas circuits are unblocked and free from leakage. The common fault is that the oil circuit and the gas circuit, or the oil circuits of different actuators collude with each other, which leads to the following results: the connected oil circuit or the devices related to the gas circuit do not work normally; Some pneumatic actuators have oil channeling; Some tanks have reduced fluid.
The above reasons are that the sealing ring between each oil circuit or gas circuit in the swivel is damaged during assembly, or the oil or gas string is caused by wear and tear for too long. When checking the swivel joint, pay special attention to the sealing ring adjacent to the air circuit and oil circuit.
Troubleshooting: remove the swivel base and replace the O-ring seal. Note: if the seal ring is damaged early in use, only the damaged seal ring shall be replaced. If it is used for too long, it shall be replaced completely.
