This page only introduces some control functions of the display screen, including mode selection, driving speed selection and secondary boost compensation.
1. Mode selection
The system can control three working modes, namely heavy load operation mode (H mode), standard operation mode (S mode) and ordinary operation mode (L mode).
In H mode, the engine throttle is at the maximum fuel supply position and the engine is put into operation at full power. In mode S, the total sum of the input power of the hydraulic pump is about 90% of the maximum power of the engine. In L mode, the total sum of the input power of the hydraulic pump is about 80% of the maximum power of the engine.
When the excavator is working, only one working mode can be selected at a time. After the new working mode is selected, the original working mode is automatically eliminated.
During the first operation, the system directly enters the default working mode S. after each operation, the system returns to the working state before the operation stops.
Set a "mode" button on the display screen. When the button is pressed and held, it will be displayed in the order of "S", "H", "L" and "s" on the display screen, and the speed gear will rise by 1 gear accordingly. When the button is released, the freeze frame is displayed and the mode takes effect.
2. Travel speed selection
After each startup of the excavator, the system is in low speed state and prompts "low speed". After pressing the "high speed" button, the system enters high speed and prompts "high speed".
3. Secondary boost compensation
When the hydraulic system pressure is too low, press the "boost button" on the right joystick, and the display will prompt "pressure compensation for 5s", which will disappear after 5s.
