This page only introduces some control functions of the display screen, including start, idle and throttle control.
1. Start
After the diesel engine start switch is placed in the "start" position, the starter is powered on and drives the diesel engine to start. This process lasts for 1 ~ 5S, and then the start switch returns automatically. After the diesel engine is started, do not increase the throttle immediately, run at idle speed for a few minutes, and then gradually increase the throttle, and then perform the operation action.
The key of the diesel engine start switch can only be inserted or pulled out when the start switch is in the "off" position. Before starting the diesel engine again, the start switch must be turned to the "off" position. During maintenance, turn the start switch to the "off" position and pull out the start switch key to cut off the battery power supply.
When the start switch is from "off" to "connected", except that the air conditioner is not powered on, other control mechanisms such as display screen and PLC are powered on. After the diesel engine is started, turn the start switch from "on" to "off" to turn off the diesel engine. Before turning off the diesel engine, the diesel engine shall also be idled for a period of time.
2. Idle speed
If the automatic idle speed is effective, "automatic idle speed" is displayed on the display screen. When the hydraulic control lever of the system returns to the neutral position for more than 8s, PLC will automatically reduce the throttle opening to make the diesel engine run at 1250r / min. When the control lever is pulled for re operation, PLC immediately controls the diesel engine to quickly return to the set working speed. By operating the button in the middle of the right handle, the diesel engine speed can be reduced from high speed to 1250r / min, or increased from 1250r / min to the corresponding gear speed, so as to save energy and reduce noise.
When the automatic idle function is not required, press the "automatic idle" button on the display screen, and the display screen displays the "cancel idle" message.
3. Throttle control panel
By adjusting the throttle control panel of the diesel engine and changing the throttle position, the speed of the diesel engine can be changed.
