This page only introduces some control functions of the display screen, including hydraulic control, charging indicator, monitoring and alarm.
1. Hydraulic control
When starting the diesel engine, place the hydraulic control starting lever in the "locked" position so that all hydraulic control mechanisms cannot be started. After the diesel engine starts normally, put the hydraulic control start lever in the "unlock" position to operate the excavator. Each time you leave the cab after shutdown, you must put the hydraulic control start lever in the "locked" position.
2. Charging indicator
When the start switch is placed in the "on" position, the indicator light (red) is on. After the start switch is set to the start position, the generator generates power normally and the indicator light goes out. Otherwise, check whether the generator has fault.
3. Monitoring and alarm
The EC-7 display screen with strong function is used to monitor and alarm the relevant operation and working conditions of the excavator. In case of abnormality, the system can alarm in time and display the fault position. The system can realize the following monitoring and alarm functions for the excavator:
The fuel tank oil level and diesel engine coolant temperature are displayed in the form of indicator needle instrument on the display screen. When the coolant of the diesel engine exceeds the specified temperature, the working mode will automatically reduce by one gear, that is, from H mode to S mode and then to l mode. When the coolant temperature gives an overheat alarm, the diesel engine will automatically enter the idle state until the coolant temperature drops to the normal temperature.
If the oil pressure is insufficient or the hydraulic oil temperature is too high, the corresponding "oil pressure is insufficient" or "hydraulic oil temperature is too high" alarm menu will pop up on the display screen, and an audible alarm will be given.
When the coolant level is too low, the coolant is overheated and the air filter and hydraulic filter are blocked, the corresponding alarm menu can pop up on the display screen.
The system is also equipped with an adjustable working hour meter to display the working time of the system.
