After using for 60h ~ 150h, carry out the first level maintenance. In addition to the daily maintenance, the liquid level and specific gravity of the reservoir should be checked and maintained. The engine maintenance should refer to the relevant operation and maintenance manual. Check the tightness and tightness of the pipeline system. Check the electrical system and carry out cleaning and maintenance work. The open circuit part should be reconnected.
After using for 500h ~ 600h, carry out secondary maintenance. In addition to the contents of the first level maintenance, all hydraulic oil and filter elements should be replaced, and the oil in the traveling and rotary gearbox should be replaced. Check and tighten all hydraulic components, oil pump, oil motor, valves and oil cylinders. Clean all pipes and coolers.
After using for 2000h ~ 2400 h, carry out three-level maintenance. In addition to the contents of the first and second level maintenance, we should also complete all the contents of the engine maintenance. Check all bearings and replace damaged bearings and accessories. Check and clean the working oil tank, and replace the hydraulic oil and filter element.
