When the diesel oil is stored in the oil tank, the nozzle and the opening of the oil tank shall be protected with a cover or plug to prevent rainwater and dust from entering the diesel oil. In order to prevent freezing, diesel hoses with preheating resistance wires are used in cold areas when they are replaced with diesel in summer in early spring. When it is not used in summer, it is placed at will. However, this may increase the suction resistance and cause foreign matters such as dust and sand to enter the diesel oil. Therefore, small valves for switching between winter and summer shall be installed. In addition, it is forbidden to heat diesel oil with fire.
2. replacement of diesel filter element
1) Because there are soil sand and dust on the diesel filter element. Once these foreign matters enter the filter element during replacement, they will cause damage to the diesel pump and injector. To prevent foreign matters from sticking to the filter element, the filter element cover shall be used for protection.
2) Pay attention to reverse installation of rubber seal. Reverse installation will make it difficult to tighten the filter. Tightening with a filter wrench will cause deformation. Improper installation or deformation of the cylinder block will cause air and foreign matters in the fuel to enter, resulting in poor engine operation or damage to the fuel supply pump and injector.
3) Pre filter replacement. The joint surface of the fuel prefilter shall be installed closely with the body, and there shall be no gap on the joint surface. Improper installation will cause air and foreign matters in the fuel to enter, cause poor engine operation or damage the fuel supply pump and injector.
① The O-ring cannot be used again. If the O-ring is used again, it will cause the O-ring to expand. In addition, the O-ring protrudes out and is clamped into the screw part so that the surface cannot be fully attached.
② The fuel prefilter core is installed with primary and secondary filters. According to the color of the tape, it can be divided into yellow and black. The two filter elements cannot be installed reversely. The upper part is coarse filtration and the lower part is fine filtration. If the filter is installed reversely, the filter will be blocked quickly.
3. exhaust of diesel filter element
1) To exhaust the diesel filter element, unscrew the plug first. Be sure to clean the area around the plug. Do not remove the plug completely to prevent foreign matters from entering.
2) Do not over tighten the exhaust bolt, otherwise the thread may be damaged. If the thread is damaged, air and foreign matters in the fuel will enter, causing poor engine operation or damage to the fuel supply pump and injector.
