Push the left travel control lever backward and push the right travel control lever forward at the same time to turn left in place, otherwise turn right. Push the right travel control lever forward to turn left with the left track as the axis, otherwise turn right with the right track as the axis.
Slowly release the control lever to make the control lever automatically return to the center position, and then the walking braking can be realized.
2. Excavation
The slewing and operating devices of the excavator are controlled by two control levers respectively. When the control lever is released from any position, the control lever will return to the middle position and the working device will stop immediately. Moving the joystick from the diagonal direction can realize two action functions at the same time.
Before excavating, the excavator shall make the stick cylinder and stick link form a 90 ° angle, and the bucket bottom plate form a 30 ° angle with the excavated ground. At this time, the excavation force of each hydraulic cylinder is the largest, which is most suitable for excavating hard soil. During excavation, the stick shall be controlled within 45 ° extension and 30 ° retraction. When excavating soft soil, the excavation shall be started when the bucket is at 60 ° to the excavated ground, which can improve the operation efficiency.
During trenching operation, the bucket bottom plate shall be 30 ° to the ground. When excavating earth on the ground, the bucket bottom plate shall be perpendicular to the ground. These 2 excavation operations are completed through compound actions such as retracting the stick and lowering the boom.
