Construction machinery lubricating oil refers to the special lubricating oil specially used for large-scale mechanical equipment such as large-scale excavation machinery, loading machinery, hoisting machinery, bulldozing and road building machinery. Lubricating oil for construction machinery mainly includes four categories, including diesel supercharged engine oil for construction machinery, anti-wear hydraulic oil for construction machinery, heavy-duty gear oil and hydraulic transmission oil, with more than ten varieties. This article will introduce the characteristics of these four categories of construction machinery lubricants.
1. Engine lubricating oil
The engines of large construction machinery are basically heavy-duty direct injection diesel engines. The power equipment has the characteristics of complex working conditions, high power, thermal load and high sulfur content of fuel. Therefore, the engine oil of construction machinery is required to meet the standards above API CF-4 at least.
2. Special anti-wear hydraulic oil for construction machinery
The hydraulic transmission system of construction machinery is composed of hydraulic pump, control valve, actuator and auxiliary equipment. The system has the characteristics of high pressure, high power and heavy oil pump load. The oil is required to have excellent anti-wear performance, better foam resistance and thermal oxidation stability. At the same time, the oil is required to have higher cleanliness and good filtration. HM/HV46 or higher grade hydraulic lubricating oil is usually used as special hydraulic oil for construction machinery.
3. Engineering machinery gear oil
It is mainly used in front and rear drive axle main reducer and wheel reducer system. According to the quality level of API vehicle gear oil, API GL-5 heavy-duty vehicle gear oil is commonly used for large construction machinery.
4. Hydraulic transmission oil for construction machinery
The special hydraulic transmission oil for construction machinery must meet the requirements of gear transmission, hydraulic transmission, automatic transmission and power steering devices of various types of loading machinery and other construction machinery under low-speed and high torque conditions. It is a kind of multi-functional vehicle oil medium, which has many functions such as energy transmission, control, lubrication and cooling. There are only two enterprise specifications of hydraulic transmission oil in China, which are divided into No. 8 and No. 6 according to 100 ℃ kinematic viscosity.
