1. Pay attention to the temperature difference between inside and outside. The temperature is too low and the fuel consumption is high
The temperature of excavator air conditioner should not be adjusted too low during daily use, and special attention should be paid to the temperature difference inside and outside the cab. Too large temperature difference can easily cause drivers to catch a cold, cough, fever, depression and other diseases. If the air conditioning temperature is too low, the load borne by the engine will increase, which will increase fuel consumption.
2. To prevent blockage, clean and replace the filter regularly
The air conditioner of the excavator should also be maintained regularly. The air conditioning filter is generally cleaned once every 500 hours. If you work in a dusty environment for a long time, you need to clean it often. When there is too much dust or other impurities on the filter, it will block the mesh of the filter and reduce the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner. Filters must also be replaced regularly.
3. Cleaning and inspection of impurities in condenser plate
In addition to regular cleaning of the air conditioning filter, the air conditioning condenser plate must also be cleaned and inspected.
