Construction machinery lubricating oil refers to the special lubricating oil specially used for large-scale mechanical equipment such as large-scale excavation machinery, loading machinery, hoisting machinery, bulldozing and road building machinery. Lubricating oil for construction machinery mainly includes four categories, including diesel supercharged engine oil for construction machinery, anti-wear hydraulic oil for construction machinery, heavy-duty gear oil and hydraulic transmission oil, with more than ten varieties. This article will introduce the precautions for the use of lubricating oil in construction machinery.
1. Consult with lubrication experts and use lubricating oil of appropriate specification to minimize the type of oil used.
2. Each machine shows the parts to be refueled, the name of the oil product, the refuelling cycle, etc. with a simple legend. A specially assigned person should be responsible for avoiding using the wrong oil.
3. The name of the oil contained in each special container for lubricating oil should be indicated to prevent pollution.
4. After adding or changing lubricating oil every time, make mechanical maintenance records in time.
5. Before refueling and oil change, the relevant parts should be cleaned well, and must not be cleaned with water-soluble detergent.
6. If abnormal oil products are found, they should be sampled and submitted to the professional department for testing.
7. Lubricants of different brands are allowed to be mixed when necessary to obtain the required viscosity, but they cannot be mixed.
8. The maintenance of lubricating filter system can maintain the quality of lubricating oil and prolong the effective service time of lubricating oil. The filter system with good technical condition can filter 80% – 90% of mechanical impurities in the lubricating oil to reduce wear by 30% – 40%.
9. In the lubricating oil, it is necessary to prevent the invasion of water. When the lubrication is deteriorated and replaced, the old oil must be drained out. It is wrong to use the method of replenishing as much as it is missing, because the oxidized and deteriorated dirt in the residual oil will accelerate the deterioration of the new oil.
10. Because the gear oil contains a lot of colloids that have good adhesion to the metal surface. Therefore, ordinary mechanical lubricating oil cannot be used. When the gear oil is in use, the working temperature is not high, the quality changes little, and the consumption is also small. When changing the oil, you don't need to change it all, as long as you replenish it in time and don't lack oil.
