At present, turbocharging and intercooling technology are widely used in domestic construction machinery engines, and regular maintenance is required during use. It is recommended to use original parts for diesel coarse and fine filters to avoid the use of other parts.
1. Maintain regularly according to the manufacturer's recommendations
The manufacturer will provide maintenance suggestions. For example, if the filter element is replaced after 500h, the service personnel of the agent can be notified to come for maintenance before approaching 500h, so as to facilitate the service personnel of the agent to arrange the journey, not only do not affect the normal use of the excavator, but also protect the engine on time, especially the air filter, diesel coarse and fine filter, engine oil and engine oil filter. It is recommended to use original parts for diesel coarse and fine filters. There are many examples where the use of no-original parts leads to huge losses and cannot be guaranteed.
Pay attention to the quality of diesel oil, the content of impurities in fuel, sulfur, moisture content and acid value will cause corrosion and wear of fuel injector. Even if the fuel injector is treated with high wear-resistant coating technology, the poor fuel quality will also cause hidden dangers such as frequent replacement of filter element, high maintenance cost and increased failure rate. If possible, a set of oil filter can be added to filter the diesel before refueling. The operator often drains the fuel filter element equipped with oil-water separator.
2. The oil-water separator shall drain water frequently and the air filter shall be replaced frequently
It is recommended to replace the air filter with 2 sets. Expose the replaced filter to the sun for one day and then blow it with an air compressor, so that it can be blown cleaner. Each time you add fuel, you should visually check the oil quality. If necessary, you can add a primary fuel filter element by yourself. It is recommended to use a slightly larger throttle to avoid high engine load.
It is easy to cause incomplete combustion and carbon deposition when the engine runs under heavy load. In fact, carbon deposition is the main reason for shortening the service life of fuel injector. When the excavator enters the idle state due to automatic idle, it is recommended to lean lightly on the handle and wait for the engine to run at high speed before working again, which not only protects the engine, but also protects the hydraulic pump.
3. Use original parts and oil to be replaced
Pay attention to the plug direction and position of each sensor, and fill each filter element to be replaced with oil before installation.
