But once the EFI engine is damaged, the maintenance cost is high. In addition, complex and precise components also require high diesel quality. 1. Regular maintenance
When the filter element is used for 500h, it shall be replaced. Estimate in advance and notify relevant maintenance personnel to replace. Timely replacement of the filter element can ensure its cleanness and the stability of the engine oil, and prevent pollution and deterioration.
2. Ensure stable oil quality of oil tank
Due to impurities such as water and sulfur in the fuel, its acidic composition will cause corrosion to the excavator fuel injector. Thus, the lubrication degree is reduced, and the wear between various parts of the machine is aggravated. The fuel injector shall be coated with high wear-resistant coating in time. Frequently replace the filter element to ensure stable oil quality of the oil tank. When changing the hydraulic oil, drain all the remaining oil and then add new oil. This not only ensures the purity of oil quality, but also ensures the service life of the machine.
3. For better machine maintenance, two sets of air filters can be reserved.
When replacing the air filter, it should be placed in the sun exposure position first, and then use the air compressor to blow away the impurities. Before refueling, observe whether the oil quality is normal. The fuel valve can be slightly filled when starting to avoid high load operation of the engine. High load operation is very easy to cause incomplete oil combustion, which will lead to carbon deposition, which will lead to the life loss of fuel injector. When the excavator is in idle state, it shall lean on the handle gently and operate after the engine is fully running at high speed. This ensures the engine performance to the greatest extent, and also protects the hydraulic pump.
