Problems in energy saving control system of hydraulic excavator

With the development of hydraulic transmission technology, body integration technology and electronic technology, hydraulic excavator has gradually become the carrier of a variety of high-tech comprehensive integration, and is developing in the direction of high-speed energy saving, automation and intelligence. The application of electric control technology in hydraulic excavator has two aspects: on the one hand, it is the electric control problem of hydraulic excavator accessories, on the other hand, it is the electric control problem of the whole hydraulic excavator. Because the hydraulic system of excavator has the characteristics of hysteresis and nonlinearity, it cannot be controlled accurately. Using PID controller to adjust, engineering method should be used to adjust the parameters of the controller, but in operation, the parameters need to be adjusted in real time according to different working conditions. The control effect of conventional PID control method is not ideal, there are a series of problems, such as excessive power selection of diesel engine and unreasonable power matching between diesel engine and hydraulic pump.
