Each excavator bucket linkage design created by engineers has perfectly applied stress mechanics. In the case of no excessive wear of the bucket, a wide range of welding reinforcing plates will only destroy the stress of the bucket itself, increase the excavation resistance, and sometimes accelerate the wear and cracking of the bucket.
Secondly, if the bucket is protected in an all-round way, it is bound to increase the weight of each bucket. A heavy bucket will not only increase the fuel consumption of the machine, but also have a considerable impact on the service life of the machine under high load. Therefore, if the bucket is seriously worn, the local department should be properly reinforced. Where the wear is serious, it should be reinforced. If it really doesn't work, it should be replaced with a new bucket!
