C95 wheeled excavator rubber duck is a new generation flagship products that is self-developed on the basis of B90 series wheel excavator. Equipped with engines which can provide higher power for excavator and reduce fuel consumption at the same time. The new load-sensitive hydraulic system can accurately control and provide the corresponding hydraulic power which according to excavators’ load. It could reduce energy consumption and improve work efficiency. The new blow-out cooling system is adopted to meet the heat radiation requirements of engine and hydraulic system even in high temperature environment. Also, C95 have other advantages such as adopted all cast iron counterweight, durable undercarriages design and comprehensive safety design. It won the CMIIC2021 star product award in China.

1.All cast iron counterweight

A unique one-piece all cast iron rear counterweight at the rear. XINYUAN comprehensively optimized the design of this model for the lifting operation of the wheeled excavator. The center of gravity sinking structure is adopted, which can better balance the overall quality and make the overall operation process more stable. The enveloping shape design can better protect the fuselage and prevent damage to internal parts caused by collision.

The overall center of gravity is low. It could makes the tyre excavator more stable in work. The weight distribution of the tire excavator is balance. 3.Comprehensive safety design

Enlarge the rear view mirror and the observation mirror at the lower side to further narrow the blind area. This wheel excavator is equipped with a comprehensive light alarm system to improve the warning effect on the surrounding personnel when operating the excavator. The bright LED rear lamp and independent reversing lamp make the light source more conspicuous and improve the recognition of the appearance. At the same time, warning lights are also provided on the top of the cab and the side tool box. The switch can be controlled separately during driving and operation.
