1. normal disassembly requirements of bolt and nut
The size of spanner and nut shall be consistent. There shall be no large open momentum when spanner is inserted on the nut to avoid damaging the nut. As far as possible, socket wrench or ring wrench shall be used, and the hexagonal arm shall be used with 12 corners. Try to use as little spanner as possible. It is not allowed to use the force bar casually, Party B shall damage the spanner or bolt.
2. removal of rusted screw
Rust remover can be used to remove rust or soak kerosene with rust removing water. After being put for 20-30 minutes, it can be knocked properly and vibrated to make the rust layer loose. A little force can be applied to the tightening direction and then turned out in reverse direction.
3. removal of the cutting screw
A suitable hole can be drilled on the cutting screw, a multi edge steel cone or reverse thread can be tapped out, and then the reverse screw can be screwed in. Finally, it can be screwed out according to the general direction of removing the screw. It can also be welded with a nut on the broken head or a bent bar welded and then screwed out.
If the cutting head is higher than the plane of the workpiece, a notch can be sawed by a saw in the exposed part and screwed out with a screwdriver. Or on the cylinder surface of the screw higher than the workpiece, file 2 planes symmetrically, and then screw out with a wrench. A bit equivalent to the screw thread diameter can also be selected to drill all the screw parts out. For screws with larger diameter, they can be removed by flat shovel in reverse direction along its outer edge.
4. removal of double head stud
The double head stud can be removed by double nut method, namely, two nuts are screwed in the middle of the thread at the same time, and then the lower nut is tightened relatively. Then, the lower nut is clamped with a wrench and screwed out according to the method of removing the general screw. In addition, the double head stud can be used to dismantle the collet.
5. disassembly of group screw connection
In order to prevent the uneven force causing damage and difficult disassembly, the bolts should be evenly removed.
