2. Check the belt tension of the air conditioning compressor
Regularly check the belt tension of the air conditioning compressor, generally every 250 hours. At the middle position between the drive pulley and the compressor pulley, press the belt with a finger with a force of about 6.2kgf. The deflection of the belt should be 6.3-8.7mm. In addition, regular inspection of refrigerant is also required. Low refrigerant level will affect the cooling effect.
3. It needs to be checked in the season when the excavator air conditioner is not used
The excavator air conditioner is not in use most of the time in other seasons, so it is more necessary to check when the air conditioner is idle. It is better to operate the air conditioner for 3-5 minutes every month to prevent the failure that does not occur for a long time.
