Three precautions for use of hydraulic cylinder

1. Lubricate the connecting parts frequently. It is also necessary to pay attention to prevent corrosion or abnormal wear under oil-free condition. In particular, some parts with corrosion should be treated in time. Avoid oil leakage of hydraulic cylinder due to corrosion.
2. After each work is completed, it is necessary to pay attention to keep the boom, arm and bucket in an optimal state. That is to ensure that all the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder returns to the hydraulic tank. Ensure that the hydraulic cylinder is not under pressure. Because if the hydraulic cylinder is subjected to pressure in one direction for a long time, the seal will also be damaged.
3. Pay attention to control the system temperature during normal operation. Because high oil temperature will reduce the service life of the seal. However, long-term high oil temperature will cause permanent deformation of seals. It may even cause serious consequences of seal failure.
