The oil level in the working oil tank must be 2 / 3 of the range indicated by the oil label, and the machine should be placed on a flat ground for inspection. Check the tension of radiator belt and adjust it if necessary. Check whether the hinge pins of the working device are reliable. If there is a ladder beside the cab, remove it first and pull out the turntable pin stop pin. When working, the operation should be stable, collision action of working device is not allowed, and overload should be prevented. When the wheel excavator is working, it is necessary to first pull out the bolt on the outrigger, turn the left and right outriggers to the required position, and then put down the outrigger to make the rear wheel slightly off the ground.
