1. The sealing ring of the base reverse joint is damaged. The base reverse joint is composed of a shell and a mandrel. The mandrel equipment is on the lower vehicle body, the shell equipment is on the upper vehicle body, and an annular groove flat with the oil pipe is opened on the mandrel. The hydraulic oil from the main valve core flows to the motor from the straight hole on the mandrel through the shell. The shell continuously reverses with the upper body. The groove on the mandrel can also be dredged with the oil port on the shell, and the hydraulic oil can enter and exit freely on the base joint. If the filter element of hydraulic oil is not replaced in time, the bypass valve on the filter element may be opened, and the impurities in the hydraulic oil may directly enter the sliding surface of the base reverse joint without filtering, causing damage to the sealing ring on it. When walking inside the crawler excavator, the speed of the two traveling motors is different due to the leakage of pressure oil on one side, so the walking deviation of the excavator is formed. Replace the hydraulic oil and filter element at the same time by replacing the oil on the base reverse adapter.
2. Dirt enters the balance valve in the parking brake oil circuit on one side of the excavator. If dirt blocks the small hole of the balance valve when the excavator is walking, the parking brake cannot be exempted, and then the walking deviation will be formed. This is because when the excavator moves inside, if the pressure oil cannot enter the tension spring chamber of the balance valve through the small hole of the balance valve to promote the movement of the balance valve spool, the pressure oil cannot enter the hydraulic system through the groove on the balance valve, resulting in the parking braking force can not be exempted, resulting in the non rotation of the walking motor, so it will also show walking deviation. Remove the balance valve and clean it. No dirt can enter during disassembly. And regularly replace the hydraulic oil and filter element that meet the requirements.
3. The travel motor safety valve leaks oil. The oil leakage of the travel motor safety valve will cause the pressure in the system to be too low, damage the travel motor, and then show the travel deviation. Replace the damaged travel motor relief valve. When judging, the safety valves of the travel motor can be replaced to see whether it deflects when walking in the opposite direction.
4. Dirt blocks the small hole K of the balance valve of the final drive system, so that the parking brake cannot be exempted. When the excavator is traveling inside, if the pressure oil cannot pass through the small hole K on the balance valve to promote the movement of the balance valve core, the pressure oil cannot pass through the groove on the balance valve to eliminate the parking power, resulting in the failure of the traveling motor to rotate normally, resulting in the deviation of the excavator. Clean the oil circuit, pay attention to prevent dirt from entering during disassembly and assembly in the future, and replace the hydraulic oil and filter element on time.
