Because the probability of excavator failure in summer is very high, it is very distressed for excavator rotation, no action, high temperature and other failures. Taking sy135c-8 excavator with weak rotation but normal other actions as an example, this article explains how to deal with this kind of fault for reference only.
1. Fault analysis
The following are the possible causes of no rotation
1) The failure of the pilot handle rotary valve core leads to the failure of the pilot oil circuit.
2) The swing motor safety valve core is jammed and the hydraulic oil overflows, resulting in the failure of normal establishment of swing pressure.
3) The rotary valve core of the hydraulic main control valve is jammed, and the hydraulic oil cannot reach the rotary motor.
4) The internal plunger or other parts of the swing motor are damaged, resulting in the failure of the swing motor to work normally.
5) The internal gear or other parts of the rotary reduction mechanism are damaged, resulting in the failure of the rotary reduction mechanism to work normally.
6) Faults at the connection between slewing mechanism and slewing bearing, such as gear wear, etc.
2. Troubleshooting methods
1) Start the machine and do the rotary action. Carefully observe that the rotary platform can swing on both sides during the rotary action. There is an abnormal sound during the swing, and it is obvious that the machinery is stuck. The internal fault of the slewing deceleration mechanism or the fault at the connection between the slewing mechanism and the slewing bearing can be judged.
2) Remove a circle of bolts connecting the slewing mechanism and the slewing platform, lift the slewing mechanism assembly, check the connection between the slewing mechanism and the slewing ring, and find that the slewing driving gear and the slewing ring gear are normal.
3) Disassemble and inspect the rotary reduction gearbox. It is found that the primary reduction center gear is seriously worn and the secondary reduction support frame is damaged.
4) After replacing a new slewing mechanism assembly, the fault is eliminated.
3. Fault cause
1) The primary reduction center gear inside the rotary reduction gearbox is seriously worn.
2) The secondary reduction support frame inside the rotary reduction gearbox is damaged.
