1. Reasons why the excavator is difficult to start
1) The starting pressure of diesel pump cooler is not enough, and the diesel oil pump needs to be calibrated.
2) The generator does not generate enough electricity.
3) Poor contact with the grounding wire connected to the engine.
4) Insufficient cold start oil.
5) There is a problem with the oil pump or fuel injection nozzle, which needs to be calibrated.
6) The low-pressure oil circuit of the engine is faulty, which makes it difficult to start the excavator.
7) The outlet valve coupling in the fuel injection pump is not tightly closed.
8) Electrical system failure.
9) The battery is low.
10) Starter failure.

2. Inspection for excavator difficult to start
