The rotary device plays a role in the operation of construction machinery, which can rotate left and right. The slewing ring is an important part of the slewing device, which is mainly used to support the upper body mass and bear the working load. As the slewing ring of construction machinery generally operates under heavy load, and the working environment is relatively harsh, the slewing ring is prone to failure. Therefore, it is very important to maintain the slewing ring during daily work. 1. After the slewing ring runs for 100 hours for the first time since installation, check the pre tightening force of bolts. In the future, check every 500 hours of operation, and keep enough pre tightening force of bolts.
2. If a bolt is found to be loose to less than 80% of the specified torque after the equipment has worked for 2000 hours, the bolt and two adjacent bolts shall be replaced. If 20% of the bolts are found to be loose to less than 80% of the specified torque, all bolts shall be replaced. After the accumulated working time of the equipment reaches 14000 hours, all bolts shall be replaced with new ones. Two to four months after the equipment is used, it is necessary to re firm all the fasteners, and then transition to the annual systematic inspection.
3. Pay close attention to the operation of slewing ring during use. In case of sudden increase of noise, impact and power, stop the machine immediately for inspection until all faults are eliminated. If necessary, it needs to be disassembled for inspection.
4. When the slewing ring is in use, it is forbidden to directly flush the slewing ring with water. Avoid rust caused by water entering the raceway. Hard foreign matters shall be strictly prevented from approaching or entering the meshing area to avoid tooth injury or unnecessary trouble.
