1. The action of the main valve core of the traveling valve deflected by the excavator fails. When the excavator has the fault of traveling deviation during operation, we should first consider whether the main traveling valve core has been damaged. If the tension spring in the traveling main valve becomes soft or broken, or the valve core is stuck, it may reduce the oil pressure and show traveling deviation. During the inspection, it is necessary to measure the pressure of the oil circuit of the traveling main valve. If the main travel valve is damaged, it needs to be replaced or repaired.
2. The traveling oil suction valve on the deflection side of the excavator is damaged. The oil suction valve is installed on the hydraulic cylinder and motor of the operation equipment. Its function is to remove the abnormal high pressure in the hydraulic cylinder or motor when the hydraulic cylinder or motor is impacted by the outside world, so as to maintain the relevant oil pipes and cylinders from damage. If the traveling oil suction valve is damaged and the tension spring in the valve is soft or broken, the oil pressure in the traveling main valve will be reduced, resulting in the lack of driving force of the traveling motor and deviation. Solve the problem by repairing or replacing the oil suction valve.
3. The tension of the crawler varies. If the tension of the crawlers on both sides is different when the excavator is walking, it will cause deviation when walking. Solve the problem by adding butter to the loose side to make it the same tension as the other side.
4. The performance of oil pump decreases. When the excavator travels in a straight line, the plunger of the pump flow regulator of a pump is stuck in a certain position. Or because of severe wear, leakage occurs inside the oil pump, and the system pressure is lower than the normal value, which slows down the speed of the traveling motor and causes the excavator to deviate. Remove the hydraulic pump assembly from the excavator, replace the worn parts, repair the regulator, and replace the hydraulic oil and filter element.
5. The output pressure of the travel proportional valve on the deflection side of the excavator is too low. The proportional valve of the excavator can output the corresponding control oil pressure according to the length of the control stroke of the operating handle, so that the main control valve has the corresponding movement, and then control the speed of the operating equipment. If the filter element of the oil filter is not changed on time, the filter element may be blocked. Open the bypass valve of the oil filter, and the dirty hydraulic oil directly enters the circuit of the proportional valve without filtering, resulting in the jamming of the slide valve in the valve. The operating control oil cannot flow to the reversing main control valve through the reversing proportional valve on the deflection side of the excavator, resulting in walking deviation. At this time, the fault should be found by checking the pressure of the travel proportional valve. Clean the valve body and front oil circuit. Replace hydraulic oil and filter element.
