4. If the excavator suddenly shuts down during operation, the diesel may also be unclean. It is recommended to replace the diesel filter element first, and then calibrate the fuel injector.
5. If the excavator automatically shuts down after starting for a period of time, and the excavator cannot start for a short time after flameout, it is likely that the diesel pump (high-pressure oil pump) or injector is faulty.
6. The engine stalls due to large air inlet resistance and blocked oil inlet.
7. The hydraulic pump pressure is too high.

Solution:
Generally, if the excavator suddenly stalls and stalls during operation, you need to check the following:
1. First, check the oil supply circuit of the excavator, whether the oil supply is smooth and whether the oil circuit is blocked. It is recommended to clean the fuel filter element, replace all filter elements, disassemble and inspect the diesel pump, and check whether the fuel injection length of the injector can reach the specified length.
2. Then, check whether the excavator engine works for a long time, resulting in engine overload or engine overheating, and start the self-maintenance function of the engine.
3. Generally, the flameout of the excavator is due to the failure of the fuel circuit. Carefully check the oil circuit for air leakage and oil leakage.
