Walking deviation is one of the common faults of excavators. When the excavator has a walking deviation fault, many people don't know how to check and find out the cause of the fault. Summarize five causes and solutions of walking deviation. This article will describe the faults caused by excavator walking deviation, which is for reference only.
1. The clearance adjusting screw of walking foot valve is worn, resulting in different travel of walking pilot valve core, and finally the machine deviates. The solution is that when the wear is not serious, the screw can be adjusted to keep the travel and clearance of the left and right travel pilot valve core consistent.
2. The internal valve core of walking foot valve is worn, resulting in internal leakage of pilot control oil, resulting in low pilot pressure and inadequate opening of pilot valve core. Since there are few pilot valve core accessories, it is generally solved by replacing the foot valve assembly.
3. If the overflow valve of the traveling motor is worn or stuck, the pressure in the traveling motor system will be too low, so that the speed of the traveling motor is not enough, resulting in traveling deviation. It can be solved by cleaning or replacing the overflow valve of traveling motor.
4. The main traveling valve core on one side is worn, resulting in excessive clearance between the valve core and the valve body, resulting in internal leakage of pressure oil, resulting in walking inability and deviation. In serious cases, the valve disc assembly needs to be replaced. The cost of replacing the valve disc assembly is high, which is generally solved by repairing the valve core and valve body.
5. Hydraulic oil impurities enter the balance valve on one side of the travel motor through the working oil port of the travel motor. If the balance valve is stuck or dirt blocks the small hole of the balance valve during machine travel, the mechanical brake cannot be released or is not fully released, resulting in travel deviation. Because when the machine is walking, if the pressure oil cannot smoothly enter the spring chamber of the balance valve through the small hole of the balance valve to push the balance valve core to move. Then the pressure oil cannot enter the hydraulic system through the groove on the balance valve, resulting in the mechanical brake cannot be released. The travel motor cannot rotate, so the travel deviation occurs. Solve the problem by cleaning the balance valve. Note that the small hole of the balance valve must be carefully checked. You can simply try whether it is unobstructed by blowing to avoid repeated treatment.
