When the parts are heated and expanded, their normal fit clearance is damaged, resulting in a sharp increase in friction resistance, which will accelerate the wear of parts, especially the pump. The rubber seal is aging and damaged, which is easy to block the hydraulic valve and cause serious leakage of the hydraulic system. The oil vaporizes and the water evaporates, causing cavitation of the hydraulic components. The oil is oxidized and deteriorated to form colloidal deposit, which is easy to block the oil filter, resulting in the failure of the hydraulic system.
When the heat dissipation performance of the oil tank is poor, the oil temperature in the oil tank will be hot. It is necessary to increase the volume of the oil tank, that is, the heat dissipation area, and install the oil cooling device. Improper selection of hydraulic oil or mixed use of different grades of hydraulic oil will easily lead to high or low viscosity of the oil, so the hydraulic oil that meets the requirements must be selected. The construction site environment is bad, and impurities and dirt are easy to pollute the hydraulic oil. Once mixed into the clearance of pump, motor and valve, it is easy to scratch and damage the precision and roughness of the matching surface, which will aggravate the leakage and increase the oil temperature.
